I tried all the software on the market and I think yours is one of the best. Although I see some details that you can improve. For example:
You have a very messy site is too overloaded and you end up losing you.
You do not have an operating manual, which makes you lose a lot of time looking for the performance of each tool, which you do not get normally.
You should make more videos of the tools, strategies, criteria bot ...
Your purchase and subscription plan is quite rigid. No reward customer loyalty. In fact, even Peter Webb finished understand and change their subscription plans.
I hope you understand these words as a friendly advice. Some suggestions I have collected from Spanish forums.
You have to understand that when the situation is not very buoyant any overspending is a great sacrifice and especially when you're not a winning bettor. I guess all these things and you must have thought, but you are very busy and cannot find the time nor the need for it.

Eduardo you are absolutely right the web site is not good for selling any product, the home page presents too much information and not just key features of a product advertisements in short sentences to make an interest to download and trial bfexplorer products before buying.
I am a software developer and like to learn new stuff and made my site from scratch learning something about asp.net and mvc.
I am a betfair punter or trader as many of you coming to this web site, and my main approach is to be a profitable betfair user. If I find some spare time I will rebuild the web site structure and change the web site design to be more trendy product web page.
Bfexplorer Production Manual
I have no pdf manuals one could download and read on one's computer. On the other hand each bfexplorer product has its own product page with base operation manual to product features. I do not want to use pdf documents for manuals, because web pages has advantage of quick update and facility to comment each product web page. When you start any bfexplorer product on the start page there is displayed the product manual (in the form of web page), as it is when you click on the menu item Help / Contents.
Subscription Fees
Actually it was not my intention to sell any software. At the beginning of bfexplorer project I used betfair free api only, but later as the project progressed and I went published with this project (it was offered for free) more requests for new features appeared and it was clear to me that it cannot be done with free api.
I had to subscribe to betfair full transactional api which costs me 200 GBP per month.
When deciding what subscription fee should I ask from users of bfexplorer products to pay for the full transactional betfair api, I just hoped that I would manage to get at least 10 subscribers, and I did so after 3 month.

Hi, can someone please help me? I want a bot that automatically (without selecting the individual horses) or by pressing a button, all horses, not individually are involved. Bfexplorer PRO - Close All Positions

Soon I will release the new Bfexplorer PRO plug-in called: Close All Positions. It will be available for all Bfexplorer PRO subscribers for free. I built this new plug-in as a request for a bespoke solution from Slovak user. So all credits goes to Miro for a really good suggestion.
Bolo by to niečo ako MULTIPLES stávky, ale live. to znamená uzavriem stávky na 3 rôzne zápasy (môžme sa baviť len o tenise) v rovnakom čaše. Ja by som potreboval aby to software nebral ako 3 jednotlivé stávky, ale ako jednu stávku a ukazoval by aktuálny celkový zisk/stratu zo všetkých 3 obchodov. V prípade zisku stlačím tlačidlo a uzavrie mi pozície všetkých 3 samostatných tipov pri aktuálnom zisku celej skupiny. Neviem či si porozumel, skúsim dať aj príklad:
1) Uzavriem 3 stávky na 3 zápasy (všetky sú momentálne in-play):
- Nadal - Murray, stávka BACK NADAL 1,45, suma 100
- Federer - Roddick, stávka LAY Federer 1,25, suma 100
- Murray - Soderling, stávka BACK Murray 1,69, suma 100
2) Po napr. 10 minútach by mi software ukázal celkovú aktuálnu situáciu za skupinu:
TENIS MULTIPLES (NADAL+FEDERE+MURRAY) +58,0 PROFIT
to znamená že napr. jedna stávka môže byť v mínuse a ďalšie dve vo väčšom pluse a software mi to ukazuje celkovo. Ja sa rozhodnem zobrať profit 58,0 tak stlačím zelene tlačidlo a software ukončí všetky pozície. Samozrejme kurzy sa stále budú meniť, to znamená že bude sa snažiť uzavrieť pozície až kým sa mu to nepodarí.
How to close position, trade it out, green up with equal profit

Hi I’ve sussed out the state button but what do I click on to hedge the bet and green out? Does it relate to the red and green boxes which appear to the right of the ladder or is there another way of doing it? Thanks
The bfexplorer offers many ways how to close position, trade it out, green up whatever word you use it. Have a look at the screenshot.
You can see that I placed back bet on Samurai Warrior and odds moved down, so my current position is in profit.
Your question was how to green out. In the market grid view you can see green Profit button, it shows you the current profit you would get to trade out your bet by placing the lay at current best offered lay odds 2.74.
If you decided to trade it out right now all you need to do is just to click on the Profit button, the bfexplorer would calculate the hedge bet and place it. You can do the same in the Trade the Market window clicking on the current best lay offer. You would see your potential profit moving the mouse above the lay odds, so for instance you can that if you would place lay bet at 2.62 odds (The lay odds is highlighted on the picture) your potential profit would be 13.74.

Hi, I bought the PRO today.
Before I tested a little bit "Bfexplorer for Horse Racing". Works fine. But in the PRO-Version I can't import or add new bots. The buttons are grey.
How can I import the .cs-files? It's hard to find your way around in this forum.

You can add a new bot setting in the Bot Executor only if you opened a market for monitoring before. You can execute a bot only on a market selection, so when testing your bot in the practice mode it makes sense that icons for starting a bot, or adding new one are disabled.
When you add a new bot setting, each bot has its own default settings because some of bots have many parameters and for inexperience users it would be difficult which parameters to set and which not. The bot default setting presents mandatory parameters in most cases, so if you are just testing a bot and all its functionality it is a good start to use this default bot setting.
If you forgot to enter values to mandatory bot parameters and you start a bot with missing parameter, the bot will stop and in the Output window you could read what parameters you have to set to run a bot, for instance:
"Please set the Stake if you want to run the bot."
The latest version of Bfexplorer PRO offers 16 built-in bots you can use with different settings. You can import some bot settings clicking on the toolbar button: Import. In the application folder:
C:\Program Files\BeloSoft\Bfexplorer\MyBots
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\BeloSoft\Bfexplorer\MyBots
when you have got 64 bit version of Windows operating system. You can find it this folder the file: MyBotCriteria.bcd that contains some base bot settings you can import.
You can export bot settings clicking on the toolbar button: Export. This way you can set your bot settings to your betfair friend who uses the Bfexplorer PRO as well, or in a case you have got a problem with bot setting you can send it to me, and I will tell you what you did wrong, If you are familiar with C# or Visual Basic programming langue, then you can create your betfair bot, in such case your create a bot script (a .cs file).
If you are not familiar with programming, you can use just Bot executor and create bots with different settings. You can even create a new bot from those bot settings you would create in the Bot Executor, by creating a bot batch file, to chain bot execution (ExecuteBotCriteriaDataFile) or to concurrently execute more bots (ExecuteConcurentlyBotCriteriaDataFile) on one selection, and you can even use conditional statement to execute two different bots in your bot batch file (IfProfitThenElse).

I am a beginner.
Help please. As I can make the following:
To choose all Horse racing of today and for 30 seconds prior to the beginning
to stake Lay on a favorite, if chances are in a range from 2 up to 4 in the sum 10 $.
