External libraries with PRO SDK
Posted in Bfexplorer Products by jk3000
Hi,
I'm currently evaluating if I want to subscribe to bfexplorer PRO in order to get the SDK and I have a couple of questions:
- Can you use external numerical libraries with the SDK? For example can I use the math and stats libraries from extremeoptimization.com inside the strategies I write?
- Is it possible to have long running bots, e.g. which collect data for 1 day of data and then make decisions/place bets?
- Just as confirmation, do you get full transactional API access together with a PRO subscription?
Thanks for any replies,
Jk

1) Yes, you can use any assembly/library you want to use. You will use Visual Studio to program/develop your betfair bot, so it is up to you what libraries you will use and in what programming language you will develop your bot. Please have a look at on this video, or read this article: Betfair Bot SDK guidance for a beginner.
2) Of course you can run your betfair bots 24/7.
3) Yes, you will use full transactional betfair api access when using Bfexplorer BOT SDK or Bfexplorer PRO.

Hi, Another two questions:
- Do PRO and SDK subscriptions cost separately £30 (so £60 together) or do you get the PRO sub together with the SDK?
- Would it be possible to extend the trial period of my PRO as I did not have time to evaluate it properly (and now over Christmas is a good time for this)
Thanks!
